Deposit
Due to speaking engagement cancellations a 25% non-refundable deposit of the speaking fee is required six weeks prior to your requested/scheduled date in order to secure your requested/scheduled time and date.

Referrals
Telling others of Christopher’s testimony helps him AND your friends and colleagues. We ask that within 2 days of hearing Christopher that you contact three to five other people/organizations that will benefit from hearing Christopher's heart and testimony. We will send them Christopher’s biography and information on how they can hear his powerful testimony for themselves!

Travel Expenses

• All travel expenses are for Christopher and his assistant
• Booking organization to pay for all air/ground transportation, lodging and meal expenses for Christopher and his assistant.
• GROUND TRANSPORTATION COSTS for bookings within 100 miles of Acworth, GA; Mileage is charged at the prevailing government mileage reimbursement allowance.
• GROUND TRANSPORTATION COSTS for bookings outside 100 miles of Acworth, GA; $100.00 per travel hour (Maximum 8 hour one-way ground transportation distance).
• AIR TRANSPORTATION COSTS for bookings outside 100 miles of Acworth, GA; (2) round-trip airfares, (1) van rental at ‘Wheelchair Getaways’.
• Out-of-Office Fee: $250.00 per half day of traveling to/from booking locations that require an overnight stay.
